Miralyne Zeghnoune

Emani

Miralyne Zeghnoune is Manager of Emani’s Rapid Survey product and oversees fieldwork and analytical outputs under XCEPT. Miralyne has six years’ experience designing and implementing mixed-methods research in challenging contexts. She coordinated complex research projects in the Sahel and West Africa as part of migration-related social and behaviour change communications programming funded by the German and British governments. More recently, she designed the monitoring framework for the World Bank’s Youth Communities in Afghanistan project. She holds a Master’s in Development Practice from the University of Sorbonne.
