Khine Win

The Asia Foundation

Khine Win earned his B.A (English) from Yangon University and master in public policy (MPP) from Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He worked at Department of English, Yangon University from 1991-1995 and also worked with diplomatic missions, International NGOs and donor agencies for more than ten years in various capacities. In 2008, he founded an organization called Sandhi Governance Institute with the purpose of nurturing leadership for promoting good governance and since that time he is working as an executive director of this organization. Currently, Sandhi is organizing political leadership, governance and public policy, public-private partnership and various political trainings for regional parliaments’ members, political parties and civil society organizations. His main interests include civil society development, local governance, economic development, public sector reform, public- private partnership (PPP) and democratization.
