Paul Clewett

Paul Clewett is Emani’s Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overall coordination of Emani’s research under XCEPT. Prior to Emani, he managed the Afghanistan programme at Seefar, and consulted for UNDP, UNODC, Magenta, the Danish Refugee Council and others. He is an expert in research methods in fragile and conflict affected states, and spent most of his career directing research for strategic communications programmes across Africa and Asia. He specialises in trafficking in persons, countering violent extremism, mixed migration, and access to justice. He holds an MSc in Global Migration from University College London.
